Our warranty demonstrates our commitment to quality and testifies to the rugged reliability of our products. Depending on the product you purchased, you will be covered for either 2 or 3 years for any defects in the function of the signature pad.
Our Warranty Explained
- If you see a cosmetic defect (one that affects the appearance, but not the function), please contact your point of purchase within 30 days of your purchase and return it unused for replacement.
- Our current warranty, for purchases from February 9, 2015, is available at the link below. If you require a copy of a previous warranty, please contact us and we will be happy to send you a copy of the warranty in place at the time of your purchase.
- If you need to make a warranty claim, you should first contact your point of purchase. Our authorized distributors and resellers handle all returns for product that they have sold.
